What I Want to Know

I want to know why airsoft is slowly becoming a –threat-. If people need eye safety then they can buy safety goggles which can be as low as $6.00 which should not be a problem as long as it is to help you. Airsoft can be enjoyed by everyone and should only be used as equipment, not to endanger someone. Adults should also learn how to tell the difference between an airsoft gun and a real gun. When adults overreact by calling the police by the site of what looks to be a gun, they should make sure by looking for an orange tip or about any news of the kids around the area that may play this sport. Parents should really be the ones who decide if airsoft can be played by their child, but they should also understand that airsoft is a sport that can be educating and fun.

  1. Make sure you use punctuation. Good overall question but is it really the parents responsibility to keep track of other kids? If you are going to play in a neighborhood or go out to play in the woods than it should be the Airsofters job to look out and make sure that their gun is recognizable. For example, if a certified hunter goes out to hunt he is responsible for his actions. It is the same with any gun; if you have a gun in your possession than you need to know how to use it, how to keep everyone around you safe, and to take responsibility for your actions. When you say that it is the parents responsibility than it is like you are trying to blame everyone else but the person with the actual gun in their hands. Just a little advise, parents don't like to be blamed for things that they have not done, nor do they like kids saying that they should do something because they don't think its their responsibility. Great topic but you might want to look at things in other peoples views.

  2. ok I am not saying you are wrong but what I mean by that is parents need to learn that they should know about what is going on in the neighborhood, I would not like it if some person called the cops on me just because I look "suspicious" which is outrageous, c'mon, I know people who have been following the rules perfectly but there are people who overreact and dont try to think about the possibility that it is not the worst case scenario.
